Every day is a struggle, but since turning to Refine Chiro, each day has been more manageable. My husband and I used to be very active and outdoorsy. My condition has made it difficult to do the things we used to enjoy together. Dr. Cunningham was an empathetic listener and put me on a regimen of physical therapy exercises, chiropractic, dry needling, and massage. His extensive knowledge about how the body functions (and what can cause dysfunction) was encouraging to me. Before coming to Refine Chiro, I could hardly play with my kids in the yard, and now I have less pain and more energy. This change has motivated me to make big changes in my diet and exercise routines. I spent so long letting my condition interfere with my life that I kind of forgot that it was possible to minimize flare-ups and manage the pain holistically. Refine Chiro has been a life-changing decision. I'm very grateful to Dr. Cunningham and his team.

Tim sat with me and explained to me his findings and the most effective treatment plan for me. 10th visit I wasn't walking with a limp and was able to run very short distances again. Refine Chiro is the third chiropractic care clinic that I have attended and I find has been the most effective for me. (MTF)

Dr. Tim Cunningham is a Chiropractor in Mandeville, LA. He and his team provide health and wellness services to Abita Springs, Covington, Madisonville, Slidell, New Orleans, and the surrounding areas.
Education
Dr. Cunningham went to Chiropractic College at Parker University in Dallas, TX.
He especially enjoyed the clinical part of this education as he was able to start treating patients.
The most rewarding part of his clinical intern period was working at the Dallas Veteran’s Administration Hospital. As a Navy veteran, helping other veterans was very important to Dr. Cunningham.
Personal Life
Dr. Cunningham lives and practices chiropractic in Mandeville, LA, with his wife Stephanie and their two youngest of four kids.
He enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and grandchildren more than anything else.
Family time consists of anything from gardening to games to sports. He is also active in his church and enjoys lifting weights and has done so for the majority of his life.
He first started when he was a teenager, and it became part of his everyday life.
Along with living an active lifestyle, Dr. Cunningham enjoys gardening and takes special pride in growing his own vegetables.
Gardening has also become a great way for him to connect with his kids and grandchildren, as they watch the planted seeds grow and then reap the rewards of their labor at the dinner table together.
Juicing fresh fruits and vegetables is also a regular part of the family’s health routine.Natural cures are always the first option in their household whenever there is an ailment.

Kerrie Rhodes, LMT
Kerrie, originally from Slidell, Louisiana, graduated from the massage program at Parker University in Dallas, Texas.
She then began working as a licensed massage therapist in 2011.
Kerrie chose to pursue a career in massage therapy after dealing with her own health issues and having phenomenal results from the care provided.
Being a busy mother of 4 children, Kerrie knows how important it is for people to care for themselves so that they may continue to serve others.

I highly recommend Refine Chiro! The service and treatment are both thorough and excellent. The entire staff is welcoming and kind, and they make you feel at ease. The office is clean and comfortable. Dr. Tim is compassionate and does everything possible to create a program to fix the problem and relieve pain.

I went in Dr. Tim’s with severe back pain. Turns out with his evaluation my pain was more than just muscular tightness. L2 vertebrae out of place, Dr. Tim came up with options for treatment. I went with his suggested plan and it’s working, I don’t have pain sitting or walking after 4 weeks, my pain started getting less after the first 2 visits. Dr Tim and his staff are caring, willing, and able to help. I am thankful for knowing and being cared for by the staff at Refine Chiro
